Have your chance to become the conductor of an Orchestra with the Director of London's famous Orchestra of St. John, John Lubbock. John founded the Orchestra of St John (OSJ) in 1967 and has established an international reputation. Enjoy a conducting lesson and put your training to the test as you conduct a live string orchestra during a real concert rehearsal.
This exclusive Oxfam Experience is for one person, accompanied by a guest, and includes;
• A one hour conducting lesson with John Lubbock, the Director of the Orchestra of St John
• A two hour conducting session with a live orchestra during a rehearsal near Oxford
• A still photographer available to record the event, with 2 digital photographs
• Lunch with John Lubbock and a member of the orchestra
• Two complementary tickets to the concert (likely to be on a different day)
Conditions
Date to be agreed between donors and buyer and therefore must be flexible. Winner must ensure they contact donor within 4 weeks of purchase to confirm participation or experience will expire. This experience is valid for 6 months from day of purchase.
