TalkSPORT listeners have been voting throughout 2009 for Sports personalities to enter their Hall Of Fame. On Tuesday 2nd February a celebratory dinner was held in honour of these sportsmen. As part of the celebrations sports memorabilia is being auction in aid of Orchid, the only UK charity to focus exclusively on the three uniquely male cancers. Over 37,400 men will be diagnosed with a male specific cancer in the next 12 months, Orchid exists to save men's lives from testicular, prostate and penile cancers through pioneering research and promoting awareness.
