Tusk Trust is a dynamic organisation which initiates and funds conservation and community development programmes right across Africa. Over 40 Tusk field projects protect wildlife (particularly endangered species) and help alleviate poverty, through sustainable development and education amongst rural communities who live alongside wildlife.

As population increases create often disastrous conflict with wildlife, Tusk aims to forge an inextricable link between the preservation of Africa's natural heritage and the future of its land, culture and peoples. Our holistic approach to wildlife conservation recognises that a long-term future for wildlife is dependent on improved education, sustainable development, increased employment, improved security, and the promotion of nature-based enterprises.
